Ooh, I'd love to see some more writers on my flist take up Torchwood :) Your Tosh voice is great - tight, knowing and calm, and I like unflappable, unembarrassed Jack. Feels just right for all of them. I love the bit about watching Gwen as though he'd missed her the first time round. Feels very Jack. I'm intrigued to see where you take it.
Just one bit of concrit - don't know if you're going for British terminology or not, but what you call 'suspenders', we call 'braces'. Over here, suspenders are what you hold up your stockings with. Having said that, I'm getting all kinds of fun mental images for Jack, so I kind of hate to point it out ;D
